I opened my agency in 2001, and this year I’m celebrating 25 years as a State Farm agent. From the beginning, our mission has been to build lasting relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and coverage tailored to each customer’s needs. I grew up in Lake Alfred, Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida in 1993. Go Gators! Before opening my agency, I worked as a State Farm underwriter and Agency Field Specialist. Those roles gave me a strong foundation in insurance and strengthened my passion for helping people make informed decisions.

My husband David and I have been married for 27 years, and we’ve raised four wonderful children. Robert is a Firefighter for Hillsborough County Fire Rescue. After completing his service in the U.S. Army, Will returned to Lithia, where he now works at our agency while attending college. Sara is pursuing her passion for fashion design, and our youngest, David Jr., is a college freshman pursuing his goal of becoming a physician.

Outside the office, I love traveling, going to concerts with David, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and my incredible team. We work hard, have fun, and support one another like family.

I was drawn to insurance by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My team and I take time to listen, explain options clearly, and help customers choose plans that fit their lives. We strive to be accessible, responsive, and proactive through every change and challenge so the people we serve feel informed and supported.

I’m proud to hold the CLU and ChFC designations from the American College of Financial Services. Our agency has received State Farm recognition, including Crystal Honor Club and CC, and has qualified for Ambassador Club for the past 17 years. These achievements reflect our team’s dedication and the relationships we’ve built with our customers.

My commitment to service extends beyond the agency. I’ve served as Chairman of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce and President of NAIFA-Tampa, and I’ve been honored with the Senator Tom Lee Community Leadership Award, Herb Morgan Advocacy Award, and Snead-Bryan Outstanding Service Award. I currently serve on NAIFA’s national Governance and Political Action committees, the USF Gus A. Stavros Center Advocacy Board, and the Community Board for Citizens Bank.

From 2014 to 2022, I served on the Hillsborough County School Board, including as Chair. I’m also a graduate of Leadership Florida, Leadership Brandon, and the Tampa Bay Public Leadership Institute, and a proud member of Florida Blue Key. Locally, I’m active with the Central Hillsborough County, Valrico/FishHawk, and SouthShore chambers, and I enjoy supporting schools and community events throughout the region.
